EGF offers robust manufacturing capacity for high-performance lubricants, coolants, drilling fluids, and additives with flexible packaging options. Private labeling, using customer brand names, is available with each of our high-quality, American-made products.
Exceeding Industry Standards
Our high-quality products exceed industry standards like SAE, API, ILSAC, ISO, and ASTM. They undergo rigorous testing in our on-site laboratory. Tests include density, kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, Brookfield viscosity, XRF elemental analysis, ICP elemental analysis, flash point, pour point, cold crank, NOACK volatility, and foaming sequences.
Our Facilities
EGF operates from two state-of-the-art facilities in Southeast Texas, giving us the capacity and flexibility to deliver high-performance lubricants with speed, precision, and reliability.
Our flagship 22-acre Houston facility features a 215,000-square-foot warehouse, more than 1,000,000 gallons of bulk liquid storage, over 50 blending tanks, and specialized filling lines. Our Dayton facility adds 13 acres of rail-served infrastructure, 800,000 gallons of storage, a 30,000-square-foot warehouse, and direct service from both Union Pacific and BNSF railroads.
Together, these facilities allow us to maintain the highest quality standards while providing efficient manufacturing, blending, storage, and distribution for customers across North America.
