Our Facilities
Two 3,000 gallon stainless steel reactors are the cornerstone of the operation. This state-of-the-art equipment allows EGF to formulize high-grade, specialty lubricants efficiently, guarantying quality per batch.
EGF operates a blending and packaging facility in northeast Houston TX. The 20,000 sq ft facility efficiently stores over 100,000 gallons of base stocks and finished products. The facility blends and packages multiple truck loads of motor and hydraulic oil daily. Safety, quality control, and efficiency were the key concepts considered when designing this new facility, acquired in January of 2009.
EGF also operates various filter technologies to finish and enhance lubricating performance.
Our facility generally receives product in bulk and ships product in bulk, tote, drum, or pale. The facility boasts 3 designated, contained, and covered loading and unloading areas for bulk trucks, as well as a covered and contained loading dock for packaged shipments.
